As a landlord that is living overseas, having an agent that would take on all aspects of the management of my property was critical for me. Without hesitation, Manor Properties offered me this level of service. Which was truly incredible given I purchased the property while living overseas and it needed some minor renovation. Instead of coming home to oversee the work myself, Manor Properties immediately offered to carry it out on my behalf: painting, re-grouting, organising the glaziers, and handling furniture deliveries and disposal.

Manor Properties have gone above and beyond in helping me manage my property while I am living overseas and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody. My father recently also moved overseas, and he immediately engaged Manor Properties to manage the rental of his property. The monthly fee is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and exceptional level of professional service that Manor Properties have always given me.

I asked Joanne at Manor Properties to carry out three valuations for me, one on my home and two on investment properties. From start to finish she was professional, responsive, and extremely thorough. She took the time to come to each property with me, her knowledge of the local market was clearly evident, and I genuinely felt it was in capable hands throughout. I was provided with three accurate and well-prepared reports. I would highly recommend Manor Properties.

I came across Carmen from Manor Properties a few years ago when considering purchasing a property in Tramore. To say they have been helpful is an understatement and I am certain I wouldn’t have managed to get my first house there had it not been for the professional help I got from Carmen. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I’m sitting here in my new apartment looking out to sea as a result of the help I got from Carmen when we decided to upgrade to a seafront pad a year later. I cannot recommend Carmen and the team at Manor Properties highly enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Carmen recently during the sale of a property. Carmen was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and excellent communication ensured everything went smoothly, meeting my expectations both in terms of sales price achieved and the timeline from start to finish.

In addition to this Manor Properties also managed a rental property for me for many years and they always sourced excellent tenants. Every month, without fail, the rent was paid on time and all tenant queries were at all times dealt with professionally. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Carmen and Manor Properties.
