A little about us

Manor Properties is a property Sale, Letting, and Management Company based in Waterford. Since our launch in 1998, we’ve slowly and surely developed into a small, local company with big ideas, and we couldn’t be happier or more proud of where we are now. By taking care never to overwhelm ourselves or take on more than we can handle, we can provide a level of care and attention for each and every customer, thereby ensuring our services for them are successful. Our history may be short, but we’re adding to it every day, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

What are we like to work with?

We will do everything in our power to sell, rent, or source a property for a client. We are budget-focused, and will cover all aspects of the process, from beginning to end. Additionally, all our rentals include a free emergency call out service, which is a blessing for both tenants and landlords.

Manor Properties, our business and our services, well it’s something that’s extremely important to us and we’ve developed a reputation based on it. Other than that we’re honest, straight-talking and flexible. At least, that’s what our clients tell us.

Brian Kenneally MIPAV TRV is a director with Manor Properties and has over 15 years’ experience in Residential Sales, Letting, Valuations and Property & Facility Management.

Brian brings a wealth of experience gained over his 15 years in the Auctioneering industry. Brian also combines a close day-to-day involvement in sales, letting & property management with his primary responsibilities for the strategic direction of the business. Brian has helped lead the business through a phase of significant growth in the last number of years he has established a track record for successful delivery of services & client satisfaction.

Carol Fogarty
Property Administrator

Carol joined Manor Properties in January 2015 . Her main duties are looking after the main switch board and delegating  all calls and emails to the various departments. Carol also liaises with both Zuzanna and Monica in the overall management of the lettings portfolio.

Derville Kent
Property/Accounts Administrator

Derville joined Manor Properties in 2014 having previously worked in a property agents in New Ross for 4 years.  Derville provides assistance in looking after the management of our Facility & Block Management Department, carrying out all the administration duties on the developments and liaising with property owners on behalf of the management companies to ensure accounts are up to date.

Zuzana Marcekova

Zuzana is originally from Slovakia but has been living in Waterford for the past 12 years and is fluent in Slovak, Czech & Polish languages. Zuzana joined Manor Properties in 2009 and oversees the letting department , liaising with all new tenants and the administrative duties in ensuring the smooth management of all our landlord’s properties.

Monica Galvin

Monica joined Manor Properties in January 2016 and her responsibilities range from vetting any potential new tenants, completion and renewal of leases, ensuring full management of all assigned properties both in Tramore and Waterford to assisting our Sales Department with all daily enquiries. Monica gained extensive experience from previously working as an administrator and credit controller within the construction industry both in the UK and Ireland which has proved to be  beneficial to her role now working within the property market.
