Brian Kenneally MIPAV
Director
Brian is a Director of Manor Properties with over 20 years’ experience across residential and commercial property. Based in Waterford, he works across sales, lettings, valuations, and property and block management. This experience provides him a rare, practical understanding of the property market from every angle: as a seller, a landlord, an investor, and a management company sees it.
As Director, Brian remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the business and works directly with clients, while also helping shape where Manor Properties goes next. Being independent, to him, means being accessible and giving people straightforward advice based on their actual situation, not a generic script.
Brian is fully licensed by the PSRA, a Member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (MIPAV), and a TEGoVA Registered Valuer (TRV).
His approach is simple: know the market, understand what the client is actually trying to achieve, and give clear, practical advice; whether that’s selling a family home, valuing a property, or managing a larger development.
Derville Kent MIPAV
Director
With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Derville has established herself as a highly experienced and trusted property professional.
Derville began her career in estate agency in New Ross in 2009 before joining Manor Properties in 2013. During her time with the business, she has gained extensive experience across residential sales, lettings and block management, developing a comprehensive understanding of the property market and the needs of both property owners and clients.
In 2023, Derville took on the role of Director of Manor Properties, building on her years of industry experience and commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
Known for her professional, approachable and straightforward manner, Derville places great importance on understanding her clients’ individual needs. Whether assisting with a sale, letting or property management, she is committed to providing informed advice, attention to detail and a seamless service from start to finish.
Carmen Walsh
Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer & Property Management Manager
With Manor Properties since 2018, Carmen Walsh is a licensed estate agent and auctioneer with extensive experience across residential sales, lettings and property management throughout Waterford.
Over the past number of years, Carmen has successfully guided hundreds of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through the property process. Her experience spans everything from first-time buyers and homeowners looking to downsize, to landlords with extensive property portfolios.
In her role, Carmen works closely with vendors from initial valuation and market preparation through to negotiation and completion, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible result. She also provides buyers and tenants with clear, professional guidance throughout the process, ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
Alongside her sales and lettings responsibilities, Carmen manages the Property Management team at Manor Properties, overseeing the day-to-day management of residential portfolios and supporting the team in delivering a consistently high standard of service to landlords and tenants. Her expertise encompasses the full letting and property management process, from tenant sourcing and referencing through to ongoing portfolio management.
Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients fully informed, Carmen places a strong emphasis on communication and follow-through. She has developed long-standing relationships with clients who value her straightforward approach, knowledge of the local market and ability to manage the complexities of property transactions with confidence.
Since joining Manor Properties in 2018, Carmen has built a strong reputation within the Waterford property market through her experience, reliability and client-focused approach.
